How this works
- We check the retailer, not a feed. Every price comes from the retailer’s own live product page, never from an affiliate datafeed or a price-tracking site.
- We stamp the date. Each price carries the day we read it, so you can judge how fresh it is instead of trusting us.
- A failed check removes the price. If a page changes or a check breaks, the number disappears and the page says so. We would rather show nothing than something stale.
- We publish the price you pay. No discount percentages, because several manufacturers show permanent “regular prices” the product never sells at.
